College organizations, independent promoters, venue marketing teams, and hospitality professionals all share the same recurring problem: every event needs a poster, and the tools that exist weren't built for them.
They were built for brand designers. Not for the Greek life social chair with 48 hours until her invites need to go out, or the promoter running three events in a weekend without a designer on call.
The result was predictable — generic templates, recycled assets, visual quality that never matched the energy of the event itself. That gap was the opportunity.
01 — The Build
End-to-End Architecture
Flyer.AI wasn't assembled from off-the-shelf parts. Helios Group built it end-to-end: backend infrastructure, AI generation pipeline, a full brand identity system, and a frontend designed to feel as high-energy as the events it serves.
The product outputs fully editable, nightlife-grade poster designs across every major social and print format — fast.
02 — The Users
A Validated Market
Two segments have emerged as the core user base with confirmed, active accounts: college life organizers — primarily Greek life social chairs — and professional nightlife operators, including independent promoters and venue marketing teams.
Over 1,100 posters have been generated across the platform. The range of use cases has already grown beyond the original hypothesis, with birthday and social event hosts joining alongside the nightlife-native crowd. The market is broader than we initially scoped.
03 — What's Next
Built to Own the Intersection of Event Culture and Design
Flyer.AI has a working product, a validated user base, and a brand system built to scale. The public launch has since been paused while Helios Group keeps the product available as a private demo.
The original insight holds: there is a significant, underserved market at the intersection of event culture and design tooling. Flyer.AI is built to own it.
The public site has since been deactivated, so FlyerStudio.AI is no longer available through a public access code. It remains available for private demos by request.
