Lucas Figueroa is the Founder and President of Helios Group. A Miami native, Lucas began his career as an award-winning content creator, producing nationally recognized documentaries and commercials. This deep-rooted passion for storytelling laid the creative foundation for his future ventures.

As a Weissman Scholar at Babson College and having studied at the London School of Economics, Lucas developed a sharp analytical edge. His experiences in the finance sector—including roles in private equity at Boyne Capital and business development at Trivest Partners—equipped him with a rigorous understanding of business operations, ROI, and scalable growth.

Merging his creative background with his financial acumen, Lucas became a pioneer in the AI space. He and his team were early to the jump with Helios Group, building sophisticated AI systems long before others recognized their potential. This early adoption allowed Helios Group to develop proprietary automated workflows and architectures that traditional agencies simply cannot match.
