Thomas (Tommy) Pozo serves as the Vice President at Helios Group. A student at Emerson College with a background in media production, Tommy's expertise lies in taking high-level creative concepts and engineering them into scalable, data-driven systems.

His hands-on experience spans across production roles at WSVN-TV 7News and working with real brands in food & beverage, skincare, hospitality, real estate, and local-to-national consumer markets. At Helios Group, Tommy is tasked with not only content creation for clients but also driving client outreach, internal marketing, and supporting the strategic direction of the company.

Built by operators and proven across real brands, Tommy ensures that every system deployed by Helios Group is informed by real campaign data, real audiences, and real results—not just theory. He is obsessed with scaling what works and ensuring that Helios Group builds systems that actually ship, run, and perform in the real world.
